Tim Voyer, CMR's sponsored rider in 2009, won the 2009 Canadian VRRA Period 2 Lightweight Championship. Tim won his title on a CMR Drixton Honda CB350 twin and in the process set several new track records. Congratulations on a great season, Tim!

Over the past two years, CMR has worked very closely with Russ Bigley of New Jersey, USA, Brian Henderson of Ontario, Canada and many others to finalize the specifications of our replica Yamaha TZ750 D-F frame kit package.
CMR SUZUKI TR750 1974-5 (lay-down shock model) FRAME AND TANK KITS GO INTERNATIONAL!
CMR has shipped several CMR SUZUKI TR/XR/GT750 1974-75 frame and tank kits around the world. A kit recently shipped to Clermont-Ferrand in France is now completed and racing, another travelled to Fresno California and is under construction.
CMR KAWASAKI H2/KR750 1974-79 (lay-down shock model) FRAME AND TANK KIT ARE NOW IN PRODUCTION!
CMR is building five of these frame and tank kits to fill current orders. These kits follow the design of the Gary Nixon Kawasaki KR750 Daytona Bike of 1976-77.
STREET
CMR VINCENT SPECIALS IN PRODUCTION!
CMR is now constructing several frame kits for use with Vincent-HRD engines. These include replica Curtis-Vincent frames circa 1975, Egli Vincents from the‘60's and 70's, and some custom applications for twins and singles.
CMR CAFÉ RACERS AND STREET TRACKERS
We are currently building/modifying customers' street bikes to café racer and street tracker specifications . This includes producing new swing-arms, rear set foot-rest assemblies, seats and tanks, exhaust systems, and modifications to the frames.
STREET UPGRADES FOR RICKMAN KAWASAKI 900/1000 AND RICKMAN HONDA 750 MODELS NOW AVAILABLE.
CMR is now producing swing-arms of an upgraded stronger design than the original versions supplied with these models. Longer swing-arms are also available. We also produce aluminum replicas of the original fibreglass gas tanks.

CMR ALUMINUM CUSTOM GAS TANKS
CMR has been building replicas of stock OEM fiberglass gas tanks for many different models for some time. Recently we have expanded production to provide unique tank designs to fit specific bikes eg. 1960's era AJS/Matchless racing tank style to fit ‘70's/'80's era Japanese multi-cylinder motorcycles.
CMR CONTINUES TO EXPAND ITS CUSTOM REPAIR AND MODIFICATION SERVICES.
We have collaborated in the past year with a number of racers and street enthusiasts who have come to us with unique design challenges. This list includes:
- BMW (R-69 airhead) : Bob Whittleton of Ontario asked us to replicate modifications done over the years to this type of frame for road-racing. These include a stiffened frame using "bird-cage" multi-tubular stiffening of the upper frame tubes.
- Yamazuki : Brian Henderson of Ontario brought us a Suzuki 500 engine Yamaha TZ 250 with a cracked frame. We repaired and strengthened the frame, so the Yamazuki lives to race again.
- Yamaha TZ250: For Russ Bigley of New Jersey, we mounted a Yamaha RD350 engine into a later model ('80's) Yamaha TZ250 steel tube frame.
- MotoGuzzi V7 twin: Erich Thomas of Ontario brought us a '70's era street MotoGuzzi frame and asked us to modify it to 'LeMans' specifications. This included designing a new stiffer steering head with extra tubular bracing for the upper frame.
